Custom Model Horse Mold Making

Making a mold of your artwork is a form of art in itself. It involves painstaking attention to detail, an eye for knowing how to best accomplish the sculptures' form in rubber, and the technical knowledge to create the cleanest castings possible.

Each mold we make is based on your sculpture's individual size, shape, and contour. The best technique for your sculpture is then executed.

Our techniques are based on solid experience and the need to meet each sculptures' individual challenges. We use the best platinum silicone mold rubber available in the market today, to capture every detail and yield large numbers of castings, usually 50-75 per mold.

Our pricing for mold making is based on each sculptures size and degree of difficulty to mold. We encourage you to email or call us for a quote on your specific work of art. We are willing to offer discounts for multiple molds done at the same time. Contact us to discuss your project!

Waste Molds
We can produce a waste mold from your soft clay sculpture, either by delivering it to our shop in eastern Tennessee, or by (carefully!) shipping it to us. We can then produce one or two resin castings from your waste mold, for you to smooth and return to us for production molding and casting.

Custom Figurine Mold Making
Do you need a small edition of awards made for your organization? Or maybe some portrait sculptures reproduced of your family dog? We can make the mold for you that will create beautiful castings of your artwork or figurine.

We can mold almost anything, simple or complicated. Simply send us your sculpture in a hardened material, and we can make a mold of it for you in platinum silicone rubber, to capture every detail. Our molds can produce between 50-75 or more castings. For larger editions, more molds can be made at a discounted cost.

Custom Large Scale Mold Making
For a large piece of artwork or figure, we have developed proven molding techniques that make the casting production very efficient, and produce superior castings. This involves painstaking attention to detail, an eye for knowing how to best accomplish the sculpture's form in rubber, and the technical knowledge to create the cleanest castings possible.

If you have a large piece that requires a mold, please contact us today for an estimate on your project.
